The Following instructions will help you through the Last Steps to submitting your State Medical Marijuana Application!
Filling out your patient application
Follow these steps to fill out and submit your application independently:
Log in to your MMMP account
Locate and click the “Applications” button on the sidebar
Create your New Patient or Patient Renewal Application
Follow instructions to complete your application
Locate and click the “REVIEW” tab
Review the application for accuracy
Click the box to confirm your photo meets the listed requirements
Click “PAY & SUBMIT” and follow the instructions to pay and submit your application!
If we prepared your patient application
Log in to your MMMP account (click here to visit the portal: https://mo-public.mycomplia.com/#!/signin)
Locate and click the “Applications” button on the sidebar
Locate and click your completed application
Locate and click the “REVIEW” tab
Review the application for accuracy
Click the box beside your photo to confirm it meets the listed requirements
Click “PAY & SUBMIT” at the bottom
Follow the instructions to pay and submit your application!
After you Submit your Application
Once your transaction is approved, you should receive two emails from MMMP: one confirming your application submission, and a payment receipt.
It is currently taking an average of 10-14 days for applications to be approved by the state.
If your application is rejected, you will receive a notification email from MMMP. Do not panic. You cannot be denied a medical card if you are a qualifying patient. Rejections occur when one or more errors are found in your application; you will be asked to correct your application and resubmit it free of charge. Send us a message if you need help resubmitting a rejected application.
When your application is approved, you will receive a notification email from MMMP. Licenses are valid in digital and paper format, so you can print out your card or simply keep it saved on your phone.
You can access your license in your MMMP License Dashboard (click here: https://mo-public.mycomplia.com/#!/licenses).
Find your patient license, click the button at the very end of the row (in the Actions column), then click "Download License."
Afterwards, you're all set to visit the dispensary!
